Stock Market Today: Dow, S&P Live Updates for Jul. 29, 2021 - Bloomberg

All of the main American stock indexes advanced, with the S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average touching records. Ford Motor Co. rallied after a surprise profit. Facebook Inc. was weighing on the Nasdaq 100 after the social-media company gave a cautious outlook. European shares hit an all-time high after updates from Royal Dutch Shell Plc and Airbus SE. Beijing's efforts to soothe market nerves, including a cash injection from the central bank, buoyed Asian shares.
