Neighbors should know that developers are trying to force people to sell their homes. Especially the Frontiers property on S St between 14th & 13th streets & Riggs street, to build luxury condos. They have brought several and illegally got on our association board. They have increased condo fees so high, and few owners left are refusing to pay. We've gone to the council member & a few have gotten attorneys. Developers are doing sneaky, illegal stuff that's not in our bylaws. Beware of developers. Unless you wanna sell. The twelve-part series is a complex well-paced whodunnit crime thriller, pushing the trope of the bad-tempered detective to its extremes. Produced by Samsa Film in partnership with RTL Télé Lëtzebuerg, Artemis Productions, with Film Fund Luxembourg, and then acquired by Netflix, the twelve-part series was a success in Luxembourg when it first aired on RTL in October 2019, attracting a record audience of more than 1.5 million views. Created by Thierry Faber, Capitani is set in the village of Manscheid in northern Luxembourg, where the body of a teenage girl was found in the surrounding forest.
